*Minimum order from 20 thousand pieces
The cost of printing a cup (branding) can be found in the price list. For single-layer glasses, the minimum circulation is the order of glasses in quantities from 50 thousand in one design and size. In some cases, we can consider reducing the circulation to 25 thousand. We can make two-layer cardboard cups with printing with a circulation of 30 thousand pieces.
To apply logos to paper cups, we use a high-performance, flexographic, six-color machine of the planetary type Legat-500. Printing is performed as a separate operation – a roll of cardboard of a given format is fed to the machine, after which printing is applied according to a layout agreed with the customer. At the exit, we get a sealed billet roll, which is subsequently fed to equipment for forming cardboard cups. This design involves the printing of complex designs with highly detailed content, including photographic images (high line of raster stretch marks and minimal discrepancy in combining printing inks).
Conforming to the requirements, only the layout that is executed in the graphic editor Adobe Illustrator is NOT MORE THAN version 10.0.
Vector Graphics: Texts and logos should be in vector form. File extension ai, eps. Color model CMYK. All transparency and meshes – rasterize! All objects hidden in the mask – cut to the shape of the mask! Brushes translate into objects, fonts in curves!
Raster Graphics: Photoshop. Color model CMYK, 300 dpi. The extension of the linked files is .tif. The sizes of the raster files correspond to their sizes in the original form (do not stretch and do not rotate the link in Illustrator at an angle)!
Layouts made in Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator above the tenth version, or not complying with the above requirements, are accepted, but considered as requiring refinement! The cost of finalizing the layout is negotiated individually.
Invalid export from Illustrator to Corel Draw.
The numbers of the desired colors should be indicated strictly according to the Pantone Solid Coated catalog and Pantone Solid Uncoated catalog.
A 110 ml paper cup is the smallest in our line and is used by our consumers for espresso, tastings and other events where a small cardboard cup for serving drinks is ideal. As with the other paper cups of our production, a full-color high-quality polygraphy can be applied to the 110 ml format over the entire area of the outer wall of the glass. For the production of this position, we use Finnish cardboard with single and double-sided lamination – 199 and 211 g / m2. Download 110 ml paper cup template. Below is a printing solution based on a cardboard glass with a capacity of 110 ml.
